Title: Announcing the Podcastle flash fiction contest

Escape Artist's has a long tradition of Flash Fiction contests.  It started in 2007 when EA was just EP.  Contest II was a marathon of EP, PP, and PC each having a contest in fall 2011.  Contest III was similar a year later.  There was lots of voter and author burnout.  We decided that for IV we'd space the contests out a bit more.  And in fact, contest IV has been going on since late 2015!  First PP, then EP, then Cast of Wonders got in on the action... and now it's finally Podcastle's turn!

Authors!  Rev up your word processors!  We'll be accepting a 500 word fantasy submission this June.  Contest to be held in July 2017.  Registered forum voters will determine 3 winners, which will be purchased and run as a special Podcastle episode!

This has been a pre-annoucement annoucement.  Further details to and rules to be forthcoming.

You know I can't seem to tie up any ideas for these contests in less than 1400 rushed words... on the plus side all such ideas are potential expanded stories, but it doesn't help with the project at hand  ;D ;D ;D
