I need a new Pseudopod T-Shirt. 

I wore my old one (from 2008ish) until it literally disintegrated.

Any chance of remaking these?

Google is such a T-shirt model on the Internet, maybe some company still makes such models, but I doubt it since you say this is an old T-shirt. So if you don't find anything, then just Google and find a company that manufactures custom T-shirts and send them your print, and they will print everything you want on the T-shirt. I wanted to do this literally a month ago, I wanted to make a custom model of a T-shirt with a rapper, but then I was able to find a T-shirt that sympathizes with me on this site -- https://www.kidcudimerch.store/. I was just lucky.
