Spoilers on this part too, but just if you haven't seen the first episode.
I really liked the season opener, especially that incredibly out of place and random Rose that was just... let's just say I'm glad I wasn't eating anything, I probably would have collapsed and died. Anyway, good episode, decent conceit with the weight-loss thing, and some really good comic acting. Hopefully there will be more stuff like that silent conversation.
