The initiating post from Elizabeth Bear:

The idea is to get roughly 70,000 words on a novel draft done in 90 days, under "real world conditions," with a productivity of 3 manuscript pages a day. It can be a project you've already started, or a brand new one, and you can do it synchronous with anything else you've currently got going on. Bear describes it as an "anti-NaNoWriMo (http://www.nanowrimo.org)," as the idea is not to drop everything else in your life but rather to maintain a sustainable pace.
I'm not doing this one, but I think it's a fine idea. If it's something that could work for you, there are the links.

i have written 2 screenplays in one month (120 pages or more, mostly more because i'm wordy). but, something about a novel just hasn't clicked with me yet.
