Some things I've checked out recently:
NIGHTMARE magazine continues apace, strongly. They did a very nice reading of Ramsey Campbell's "The Companion" recently. Still trying to get Mr. Campbell or his people to respond to our emails:

DARK FICTION magazine just shifted editors:

There is now the inevitable EDGAR ALLAN POECAST
http://poecast.co.uk/
... as well as a podcast of readings of Ambrose Bierce (but no discussion) - THE PASSING SHOWMAN
http://www.thepassingshowman.com/home/
Of these, I can recommend episode 2 "On A Mountain" and episode 6 "A Bottomless Grave" (the latter especially for those that enjoyed the black comedy approach of "Oil Of Dog" - the former is a nice bit of regional scene setting)
... as well as the inevitable Robert E. Howard podcast (with discussion), The Cromcast! I won't be following it myself, as I;m not a big Conan fan, but I'll probably check in when they get to Sailor Steve Costigan and Howard's horror fiction.

Campfire Radio Theater, which is radio drama, has done a nice quality remake of 80's CBC classic horror radio drama's show NIGHTFALL's episode "The Dentist"

For those who enjoyed episode 300 of PSEUDOPOD, there's a guy doing some very nice readings of E.F. Benson's ghost stories:
http://www.corvidae.co.uk/benson/index.html
the versions of "The Man Who Went Too Far" and "Negotium Perambulans" (either offered) are very nice.
Then there's Bedtime Tales: Stories for the Wayward and Churlish at:
http://podiobooks.com/title/bedtime-tales-stories-for-the-wayward-and-churlish/
whiles the stories, in general, aren't what I'm looking for, I did enjoy the darkly comic two-parter "The Sitter" and, it must be said, the host has the most awesome voice ever!
And finally the oddly compelling Fiddleblack:

I like the dark ambient soundbed production on this and found one episode in particular, "Episode 3: The Bygone Campfire" to be a standout story!

Goddammit, Shawn, I'm like fifty in the hole already ever since my tablet broke and Archie started talking a lot at home.

Well, seems like you never get off that thing!
Thanks for the list, I'll check some out.
I forgot that Nightmare is a JJA-edited thing. Sometimes it seems like there's no getting away from that guy.

Chilling Tales For Dark Nights has some YouTube videos as well. Generally, they are just slightly enhanced audio with mood-enhancing images. They seem to share some sensibilities with the NoSleep podcast.
