I'm reasonably sure that Alasdair recommended this novel to us. About a monster living in oil and eating folks. It sounded cool, and I'm trying to find some audio fiction to enjoy while I wait for my Audible credits to renew... and I can't, for the life of me, find this novel. Can anyone help me out?

I, too thought it sounded cool but I confess I stopped listening after about 6 episodes as nothing much had happened. Maybe the pace picks up soon after that...
