Title: "Soft" SF Episode Recommendations?

Hey everybody. I couldn't find a post on this subject, but if there is one already, please let me know!

I've got a friend who loves SF but prefers stories that are more in the realm of speculative societal changes, alternative history, and the like. Not so much "hard" science focused, I suppose (aliens, technology, etc.). I'm working my way back through the archives and making notes. If anyone has any episode recommendations I would really appreciate it. I love Escape Pod and am trying to convince as many people as I possibly can to listen and support.

I'm thinking EP473: Soft Currency (http://escapepod.org/2014/12/24/ep473-soft-currency/) would be a decent example of what I'm looking for.
