Cast of Wonders stories for PseudoPod listeners
« on: October 01, 2017, 09:25:00 PM »
We've done cross-cast posts for PodCastle and Escape Pod, but now with our newest sister podcast under our belt, we figure it's time to present Cast of Wonders stories for PseudoPod listeners. These were picked out by CoW staff, so please let us know if there's anything we're missing or if we've missed the mark on some.

If you haven't checked out Cast of Wonders and you love PseudoPod, here's a good place to start!

Episode  261: Twice by Imaani Cain

Episode 207: Millions Times Eight by Jake Walters (phobia warning: spiders)

Episode 235: Isle of the Dancing Dead by Rick Kennett

Episode 204: Twenty-One by Michael Merriam
I'd like to hear my options, so I could weigh them, what do you say?
Five pounds?  Six pounds? Seven pounds?

Off the top of my head, there's also Dagon and The Haunted Jalopy Race and one that had something to do with Pumpkin Soup. I know there's more.
All cat stories start with this statement: “My mother, who was the first cat, told me this...”

Oh yes! Pumpkin Soup, Natalia Theodoridou. I should've remembered to add that one to the list - it's my first narration for CoW! http://www.castofwonders.org/2014/10/episode-140-of-pumpkin-soup-and-other-demons-and-the-ghost-of-grammy-goneril/

Speaking to Skull Kings is also pretty dark. http://www.castofwonders.org/2015/04/episode-163-speaking-to-skull-kings-by-emily-b-cataneo/

Here's Dagon: http://www.castofwonders.org/2014/10/episode-143-dagon-by-h-p-lovecraft/
And Jalopy: http://www.castofwonders.org/2015/03/episode-160-the-haunted-jalopy-races-by-m-bennardo/

I also love My Friend Fishfinger: http://www.castofwonders.org/2017/09/cast-of-wonders-262-my-friend-fishfinger-by-daisy-age-7/

Also "My Boogieman" and "Single Parent" are great monster stories, but they're also super sweet. Probably go into an "Honorable Mention" sort of bracket.

Dang... I knew my monthly donations would be put to good use. You gals/guys/ghouls keep adding value to the site.  Nice.
