Really dumb question, and really too late to ask, but is there a way to get the book through an EP-ized Amazon link and score a "two-fer?" (Help Mur, help EP).  I can't seem to find it if there is one. 

This is too late to help with the Aug 25 promo, but maybe stragglers?
