so, we all know about the terabull blite that sits atop alisters head, and it is a real shame.
true the crown of tenticals he wares theas days covers most of his head, but still at night, when he puts aside his godly trappings there it is.
now i am thinking, its time to give something back to the overlord for all his good(?) works. we are an eclectic bunch hear with a wide range of skills at are disposal shurly there is something we can do!
i am thinking if we put are heads together we can save Alasdair from a life of soshel isolation , finger pointing and shame.

i beseech you fellow forumites, how can we fix al's hair? what stile would suite? how can we stimulate thows reluctant folicals?

do we nead radiation, chemicals, human sacrifice?
should it be mulit or comover or emo-fringe?

let us discus and make the world a better place :-)

How dare you!  You will be added to the ingredients list.

But since you brought it up, I think the only option is a top knot.

We can all contribute!  If we all give some hair, we can gather enough to transplant a full head for him!

I can donate some ass-hair.   ;D

TMI, TMI, TMI!!!!!!!

I need a ruling from the other mods on whether or not this is a banning offense.

It may or may not be a banning offense, but it shows that he's a witch.

Excellent! I'm already banned after less than 150 posts?

Waidaminnit.

If I'm to be banned then let me go out in style.

What could I say to really offend everyone??

You could also insert Supernova and/or Fantastic Four, League of Extraordinar(il)y Crappy Gentleman, or I am sure several others I am deliberately blocking from memory.

Hey!  I liked Battlefield Earth.

I see you didn't defend my list of offensive movies.  Just further proof that to do so offends everyone including Our Orator most Malefacient.

Thou shalt mock the great and mighty one. His hair retreats in FEAR from his mighty brain. Your hair will be accepted in payment - but only for your SINS!

Now what was this about abusing power? Sounds like FUN!

Oh, great and mighty Alasdair, Orator Maleficent, He of the Silvered Tongue, guide this humble fangirl past jumping up and down and squeeing upon hearing the greatness of Thy voice.
Oh mighty Mur the Magnificent. I am not worthy.

Didn't see LXG; don't intend to.  But Battlefield Earth broke my heart.  Mr. Travolta, you are Off-Source.

LXG was an absolute travesty. I can see why Alan Moore gets shitty about people making movies from his writings, it was a shockingly bowdlerised mess. Horrible.

Battlefield Earth made me stay away from SF movies for a long time.  That disaster was just a big steaming pile.

1.  I didn't care for Battlefield Earth but I didn't think it stunk.
2.  I liked LXG enough to buy a copy on DVD (for $5 in the Best Buy bargain bin)
3.  The reason I liked LXG was Stuart Townsend and Sean Connery, not the plot.  I also liked Stuart Townsend in Queen of the Damned, which even Anne Rice apparently hated.

Now, come on. You've heard The Orator Malificent's review of "Armageddon", right?? You're just testing the patience of the gods.

but you already said it for us.  If that was the first movie i saw Sean Connery in I would think he couldn't act his way out of a paperbag.  Call me fanboy if you will but a lot of my objections to the movie were needless changes from cannon.  I can understand a change in cannon to improve flow/make actually filmable, but they made the filming worse imho.  And the god awful Hyde Arms.  some of the worst SFX I have ever seen.
