I'd read Kelly Link's collection _Magic for Beginners_ last year, and I didnt spot anything that was really creepy. But I'm starting through _Stranger Things Happen_ and I'm already creeped out by "The Specialist's Hat" and "Carnation, Lily, Rose." Particularly "The Specialist's Hat."

Someone should bug Kelly to see if it can be psuedopodied.
