  • "Let There Be Fright!"
Hello all - was there an episode of PSEUDOPOD you particularly loved this past year?  Did something scare/engage/bother/impress you?  PLEASE consider nominating that episode for a 2014 PARSEC Award.  The list of potential nominees is below (it covers episodes run from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014 - so for those of you who like to spoil your own surprises, you can find out what are next 3 episodes are!).  I cannot tell from the PARSEC pages below if people can nominate more than one episode (you can certainly nominate in more than one category) - I imagine so because nominations are pared down by the committee.

PSEUDOPOD itself is eligible for:
Best Speculative Fiction Magazine or Anthology Podcast

Almost all of our episodes fall into the category of:
Best Speculative Fiction Story: Small Cast (Short Form)

Eligible for Best Speculative Fiction Story: Large Cast (Short Form) is:
"369: Four Views Of The Big Cigar In Winter by Charlie Bookout, read by Emily Smith"

Eligible (possibly) for Best Speculative Fiction Audio Drama (Short Form) are:
377: Showcase: The Dark Audio Tone Poems of The Spectre Collector by Ron Jon, read by Ron Jon
347:  Flash On The Borderlands XVI: Trial & Discipline: The Killing Machine by Karen Runge read by Eve Upton

*Please note*: Episode 361: The Murmurous Paleoscope by Dixon Chance read by Christiana Ellis has already been nominated, so use your nomination elsewhere!

I can't fill out my nomination for pseudopod as best podcast because I don't know it's creator! What do I put in the "creator/author" category?

Please forgive my typos and grammatical errors. I'm probably using swype on my phone, or god help me, holding my iPad aloft over my head while the baby sleeps in my arms. Believe me, the errors bother me waaaay more than they bother you...

Including "The Uncaring and Limitless Void" would probably work fine.

Or you could use editor at pseudopod dot org
