I requested and received my download link for the premium content but Internet Explorer 11 states:
HTTP 403
The website declined to show this webpage
Most likely causes:
This website requires you to log in.
The URL of the "Click Me" link clearly shows AccessID and Password information but IE will not allow me to download the file. The original email tells me I can make two more requests for the access link but I resist doing so until I had a chance to find out if there are other problems at work here.
I'm running Windows 8.1 w/Internet Explorer 11, and my email client is the current version of Mozilla.
