Help me find an episode! (Victorian, Government Agent Sorceress???)

Hi, another one of those threads where someone (me) asks to help them locate a story that they remember listening to years ago.

I vaguely recall that it was set in Victorian times, the main character was some kind of government agent or policewoman and was also a sorceress or something... I believe there was at least one other episode in the series.

Any ideas?

Those are set in contemporary times as I recall (I could be wrong, it's been a while).

I think you're right that part of it is modern, but chunks have also been in the historic district. Add some love of antiquarian material and time travel and that fuels my conflation.
