After the recent announcement of the Escape Artists' e-zine, I think there could be more spin-off podcasts. Why stop at three?

- Steampod: A podcast for all things Victorian-Steampunk, Fantasy-Steampunk, SteamPUNK (you know, reclaiming the social commentary in the genre), etc., so we finally don't have to decide whether a steampunky story is fantasy or science fiction, damn it.
- Pod Fu: be it a fantasy story set in Ancient China, science fiction written by Chinese-American authors, or a translation of a horror story from Chinese, you can find them in this culture-themed podcast.
- Thompod: This is just all published Escape Artists stories reread by Dave Thompson.

Runners Up: Arrr!Pod (all things pirate)

You could have...

• PolicePod, with only crime stories.

• CattlePod, for westerns.

• WhalePod, for stories about the home life of aquatic mammals.

;)

- Thompod: This is just all published Escape Artists stories reread by Dave Thompson.

Yeah, 'cause Dave has nothing else to do than record nearly 1500 stories. :P

Ha! I was thinking of the old TV show, Police Squad, actually. On the other hand, Sting is a fellow Tynesider, and one does what one can for a local lad. ;)

He could do the theme music too...

Roxanne, you don't have to put on the BLUE light.
