Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm drawing a blank with Google, thought you all might be able to help. I read a short story quite some time ago, maybe decades, that all turned on the phrase "Knowing is half the battle." It WAS NOT about GI Joe. It is about a post civilization crash inventor that builds the starship Enterprise from the plans you can buy in book stores. Really liked the story, but can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know the author or what I'm talking about, 'cause I obviously don't!
