Crystal is a company that makes (made?) refrigerators. I think they may have gone bankrupt or something because I can't seem to find anything relevant online. However, I know people who have Crystal refrigerators.
As for Pinky and the Brain, when the Animaniacs did their Star Wars spoof everybody kept mistaking Brain (R2D2) for kitchen appliances. And the closing credits song was "It's Pinky, it's Pinky and the Fridge Fridge Fridge Fridge".

EDIT: The internet totally rocks. I remember watching this as a teenager 15 years ago.

I could be wrong, and Fenrix will have to clarify, but I took the fridge reference to point to the opening scene of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull where Indiana hides in a lead-line fridge to survive a nuclear blast, (which is of course ridiculous and the movie only goes downhill from there).
