Title: Name this story? Baby bioweapons?

I am looking for the title of a story I think was on pseudopod (maybe drabblecast?), where a bunch of babies and toddlers suddenly appear at people's houses, looking like the people who live there, and if taken in, the home's residents slowly get a disease and die. They try to quarantine them, but it's not very successful as more babies just keep coming. Any ideas? Googling "baby bioweapons " is not doing my search history any favors haha! Thanks!
