Since no one else was posting anything, here's a site run by a friend of my that's trying to collect all of the various pranks in one place. http://aprilfoolsdayontheweb.com/
My Favorite so far is split by Google+Virgin/Youtube:
Google+Virgin=Virgil (http://www.google.com/virgle/index.html) — The Quiz is really good, though it's kinda cruel because it would be so, so, so good if they actually did the prank.
Youtube (http://youtube.com): Click on one of the featured videos.

I personally am very excited by Gmail's new Custom Time feature. I cannot wait to send an email to myself yesterday!

A co-worker and I just threw a handfull of ball bearings over the cube wall at another co-worker while he was on the phone with a customer. He used to work at mission control at NASA, so nothing phases him. No reaction at all. Good times.
I'll post the video on youtube when I get home.

They didn't list worldofwarcraft.com's annual April Fools joke. The one this year is pretty hilarious (the newest hero class revealed).

Okay, so it's kind of lame after I watched it. We didn't realize it was April Fool's day until about 3:30, so it was the best we could come up with on short notice. A glimpse into Chodon's workplace:

edit: Heradel, a little help with the youtube link-fu?
Heradel's Edit: Fixed, you need to get the link from the embed box off to the right, not the youtube link from up top.

Fly, little penguins, fly!

One sticks out above the crowd:
Fly, little penguins, fly!
Why does that scare me?

Because with the mass/speed ratio on those things I'd stay far, far away from the windows/screen doors when they come a flockin'. I don't know how many Newtons of force it takes to kill a person, but I do know how many they're bringing — enough.

We fell for this one... until I saw the release date...

To paraphrase most of the comments on IGN.com: "it looked cool until he donned the hero's clothes... then he just looked like a gay keebler elf."
