Is it usually up by now?  I always seem to get it by Friday morning or so.

I thought it got posted Thursday.  Podcastle posts Tuesday, and some Tuesday mornings I've had it before I left for work.

When I started listening to EP, around episode 70, it was posted on Wednesdays. Then it started creeping into posting on Thursdays, and now it's creeping into Fridays. That's just the way it is, I think - Steve seems to work on weeks which are slightly longer than 7 days - maybe 7.05 days or something - and until we can get the government to institute a leap day in every 40 weeks or so, we'll just have to accept that EP posting time shifts.

The last few weeks that I've been paying attention, it's appeared just in time for me to download it before I leave for work on Friday. And at 7:00 am on the nose, this one was bang on time.

I hope they're not slowly slipping later and later, purely because I only tend to listen to podcasts in the car, and that would push my next most convenient listening time to Monday morning. And that slot is already taken with the Skeptic's Guide to the Universe...

Same here.  Weekends are busy.  My dogs love their long "Skeptic's Guide" walk on Sunday.  I would have to reconfigure my schedule.   EP is the perfect listen on that Friday ride to work.

This is a scream... you guys are like Ralphie waiting for Little Orphan Annie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Christmas_Story)!  Steve, I think you should send them all decoder rings and then cryptically spell out "Try podiobooks.com" in ROT13!

LOL heard Steve saying this at the beginning of a story when I read it

"And remember to drink your Ovaltine, Its story time" ...

True confession: I STILL haven't heard this story yet.  (Tomorrow morning, I will.)

Well, if we're asking for full disclosure, my drink of choice is unsweetened iced tea. Preferably tea that I've brewed at home from loose-leaf stock.

Am I the only one that picture StePH brewing up a drink from notebook paper?

Probably.  ;D  But what I really mean to say is, teabags are evil.  Or at the very least, sucky ... barely a step above "instant" tea.

And aside from my own home-brewed tea, Tejava is a bottled tea brand that doesn't suck.  In fact it's usually better than what I brew at home -- it's more consistent.

Now I'm picturing a teabag with a Snidely Whiplash (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SNIDELY_WHIPLASH) Moustache.

I'm just a very visual person.

That, my friend, depends on the end from which you view the waste-disposal system....   ::)

I took me a while but I finally got that one.  When it suddenly came to me my Ovaltine rot spurted out of my nose.

'Way back in my school days, I got a kid to blow one of those noodles from the stroganoff (what the school cafeteria *called* stroganoff, at least) so that half was hanging out his nose, and the other half was dangling out of his mouth.

Not everyone is blessed enough to feel so triumphant at such an early age.
