Didn't see a thread on this yet, sorry if I missed it somewhere and this is a repeat. Matt Selznick is doing something VERY cool in conjunction with the Swarm Press' publication of "Brave Men Run" on 7/13.
I've tried to summarize it about 18 times but decided best leave it in the man's own words as apparently my brain is on vacation today:

The thing that makes this of particular interest for me, and what motivated me to post here, is that "very special Sovereign Era content" he references? Per the email he sent out to his mailing list, that's a series of short stories set in the 'Brave Men Run' universe authored by the likes of Mur Lafferty, JC Hutchins, Jared Axelrod and other familiar names. I thought that was just splendid. He'll be reading one per hour, I guess, on the hour.
Anyway, I hope this doesn't come off too much like an ad or something, mainly I just thought this was a wonderful event and something the community here would be interested in checking out. (if you haven't already read/heard Brave Men Run, check it out, its a lot of fun).

Oh excellent:) Cheers for the heads up Talia, I love Brave Men Run.

Don't be nervous. Good post.

Awesome! I loved Brave Men Run!, and thank you so much for the head's up on this!

Talia's post has served as a reminder that although I've enjoyed J.R. DeRego's "Union Dues" stories and Mur Lafferty's Playing For Keeps, I have yet to check out Brave Men Run. An oversight which I intend to rectify at soonest opportunity.
So add me to the list of thankers here. :)

Yay for Matt!
Looking forward to more Sovereign Era stuff.

as an aside, we managed to help get BMR up to #53 on the amazon bestsellers list for a while. This up from #27,000, mind you. :)
