The Large Hadron Collider was successfully tested in Geneva.
There was no boom.
No boom today, boom tomorrow. Always a boom tomorrow.

So... what are the warning signs of a black hole?
I mean, suppose there was a sub-atomic black hole stuck in out gravitational field that was not 'evaporating' like Hawking said. In fact it is already in the earth, sucking in matter, growing by the second. Do you really think they'd tell us (http://escapepod.org/2006/06/01/ep056-the-clockwork-atom-bomb/)?

Actually this reminds me of a sticker I saw over twenty years ago; I think it was from Mad magazine:
The End of the World Came Yesterday.
Too Bad You Missed It.
