Title: terms, foods, tech, unique to sci fi
Post by: slothflyer on October 27, 2008, 02:17:03 AM
is there a listing of the major terms, foods, tech, unique to sci fi, such as grok, TANSTAAFL, Zarquon, etc.  I have an idea for a story, that uses tons of these type terms for comic effect, and I could really use a good list for reference.  I know this could be a really long list, but any link or links would be helpful.

I have searched myself, but I don't think i am using the right parameters.

I don't know where else I'd go when I needed, for example, a list of fictional pigs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_pigs).
