Title: What was that 80's tv show?

There was a short lived fantasy show.  I remember one episode where the protagonists and the villian holed up in a castle to fight off the creatures that came out during acid (?) rain.  Help an old zombie remember, eh?

It was sword and sorcery.  There was a princess being trained to be proper, I recall a scene about not squinting, as it causes wrinkles.  I think it was around the same time as Manimal, not sure.

It might have been "Wizards and Warriors", 1983.  Trying to find more info.

Ack!  I had combined 2 tv shows in my memory.  Still have to figure out the good guy teaming with the bad guy in the castle on the "night of rain(?)".
