Post by: deflective on November 23, 2008, 09:43:39 PM: SFEley is currently on break and when he comes back he'll have the opportunity choose the day that he posts the show. if you're usually up to date on the podcast and your week is spent in anticipation is there a day that you prefer for release?

of course, this is just to show Steve if there's any preference (and to try to fill the escape pod shaped hole in my week =P). all things being equal he might take it under consideration.

Post by: deflective on November 23, 2008, 09:44:29 PM: with podcastle on wednesday (maybe late tuesday, depending on timezones) and pseudopod on fridays i like escape pod dropping in on thurday to fill out the end of the week. it's usually a bit rushed at the beginning and it's nice to have podcasts to look forward to before the weekend.

Frankly, being in England means that they are always released in the middle of the night or when I'm out of the house, so I'll pick them up the next day anyway.

A regular release day is nice, because the podcast tends to carve out "its" space in my week, but even that is not a big deal.

This is not such a poll. The question is "What day do you like Escape Pod to become available?" With the question stated thusly, a "don't care" or "No preference" option should be included along with the seven days of the week.
