Title: help with a story title

Help, pls: a while ago I listened to an old EP story and I can not rememer the title.
It was a story of a teenage girl, living in a world where you can walk to an ATM-like machine and find out how/when you will die. Naturally, this had some effect on the high school life...
Anybody reemberting the title and the autor's name from the top of your heads?

That's episode 143, "Flaming Marshmallow and Other Deaths". I can't remember the author of the top of my head, but the forum thread (http://forum.escapeartists.net/index.php?topic=1328.0) says it was Camille Alexa.
