then it is 231 words and you bring someone back in...
and you never get to 250 words.

Hey, if you chop it down some, you can enter it in the Flash Fiction Contest (http://forum.escapeartists.net/index.php?topic=3429.0)! (Or...write a new story. Or six!)

I don't think it would fit any of the 3 EA pods, though. I was so specific for that one contest, it doesn't fit SF, Horror, or Fantasy.

But I am looking at some of my short stuff for the flash contest.
