Neil has the scoop! (http://journal.neilgaiman.com/2011/04/adult-residents-of-continental-48.html)

"The Contest is open to all legal residents of the continental United States."
(stuffs fist into mouth)
FARK!!!

that really sucks dude! For us and for you.

Yeah, I should have mentioned that in my initial post, sorry. :/
It's vaguely ironic, Neil being a Brit himself (alabeit living in the US).
-
Yeah it sucks. Although I suppose it IS called AMERICAN Gods...
Let me know if any of you enter -- at least I can go vote for you :-)
-
Yeah, I saw the residence requirement, too. Talk about an emotional roller coaster. <sigh>

You can vote for me if you want...

In this week's Sofa, there's a promo to vote for Larry Santoro. If you vote for both of us, then maybe he and I will meet (since the odds I'll end up in Chicago are pretty slim). I actually based some of my narration style off his (not in the audition, but if you listen to "Escape from Kathmandu" and that Yeti story he narrated for Sofa, you'll hear similarities).
Apparently you can vote for as many people as you want, once per day per person.

I thought George Guidall did just fine, all by himself.
