Just wondering if there is a deadline on the Alphabet Quartet offer?

Currently, there is not a deadline to donate. That may change - actualy, I'm pretty sure it will change. We may actually try to do more exclusives in the future. But first we've got to get this one out, so there's currently no deadline.

I don't know if I just missed a mail from you or not, but I still haven't heard anything about the stories.

Is there a date on when they will be ready?

No, unfortunately you didn't miss anything. There have been updates on this section of the forum (http://forum.escapeartists.net/index.php?board=130.0), as well as on some of the podcasts.

The short story is that it's been much more difficult and time consuming to create a method of distribution than we'd originally thought. That said, I'm under the impression that this problem has been adjusted, and the stories will hopefully be coming within the next week.

I do apologize for the delay - I know it's really, really frustrating, and I share your frustration. I want to get it to you ASAP.
