Title: The Doctor, the Widow, and the Wardrobe
Post by: stePH on December 28, 2011, 01:15:13 AM: Holy living fuck, that was not only the worst of the Who Christmas specials, it was one of the worst episodes of the 21st century.

What happened? I remember when "Written by Steven Moffatt" meant "Made of WIN!" Now he first drops the ball with that lame reveal about who River Song really is, and then gives us crap like this year's special. I guess the Brain Eater comes for them all, eventually.

Though I'm hardly surprised StepH didn't like it, given that it features two children as major characters.

I don't mind children being characters. I mind weak, trite scripting and dumbass plotting.

Kibitzer: I haven't been able to keep up with the EA podcast stories lately; I'm stalled around the late October episodes.
