Title: Trying to locate a story - sentient battle helmet?

Hi guys!  Been a listener for a couple of years now and I've got my first question.  I'm trying to locate a specific podcast and just cannot find it in my files.

The main character was a sentient helmet.  A battle helmet that we find out at the end (SPOILER ALERT) was in a museum because of decisions it made in battle that got a soldier killed.

...or something along those lines.  It really reminded me of Warhammer 40K.

Anyone?
