Title: Does anyone know what story I heard was called?

I am pretty sure I heard it on escape pod. It was a psychic who couldn't concentrate because of his coworker (A attractive female I think) and had a bullet stuck to his head.  It was awhile ago and I would like to hear it again. Anyone know the name?
