Just morbid curiosity.

What is your slush pile turnaround time running?

Far too long.  Our guideilnes say "within two months," but in practice we actually have a few stories older than three months.  Our slush editor and I have both had some other things going on which are finally getting resolved, and we'll be making an effort to catch back up within the next couple of weeks.
