Just in case anyone hasn't seen this, there's a fascinating interview with the NYC writer's group Altered Fluid at Clarkesworld (http://clarkesworldmagazine.com/altered_fluid_interview/). They talk about workshopping, critiquing, writing, and rewriting.

I kind of hate that Altered Fluid exists - mostly because I'm not in it, and it's on the other side of the country.
