Title: Best place to post a call for submissions?

I'm editing an anthology and I'd like to get submissions from as broad a base as possible.

What's the best way to post it?

I'm not sure what you're asking here. Is it "I want to post a call on the Escape Artists forum but I don't know the best place for that?"

Or is it "I want to get advice on posting a call throughout the web?"
