Title: Awesome charity auction, bidding ends tomorrow

I was just reminded of it earlier today myself... linking to the Tor.com post because its a pretty good summing up of the auction, plus it has links to how to bid and stuff.


The  Con or Bust auction  (http://www.tor.com/blogs/2011/03/con-or-bust-auction-ending-soon) has a wide variety of nifty things up for grabs, including many autographed genre books and even Tuckerization in a novel by Katharine Kerr or N.K. Jemisin (bidding on that last is already at $600, though. Great for the charity, not so much for pockets! :P), handmade jewelry, baked goods, assorted odds and ends. Take a look-see.

this gave me a laugh
it's like one of those over the top charities that a self-centered friend starts as a sitcom side plot
