The website Oort Cloud (http://www.oort-cloud.org/) describes itself as a place where
authors create and distribute their work, and readers, individually and collectively, including fans as well as editors and peers, review, comment, rank, and tag, everything.
I'm not a writer, but I thought the writers among you might find this useful. Especially if you are just starting out. And as a reader a chance to comment constructively on stories I read is always welcome.
