Title: Should I have a flash poll?

I'm wondering if there's interest in a poll for best flash story of 2011. I was going to do one, but then I realized that 6 out of the 10 flash stories run last year had been entries in the flash contest and therefore already voted and decided for by the forum community. Of course, that was in text, not the episodes, and besides, the flash contest was quite a while ago and the forum membership has changed a bit. But still, it feels a bit odd to have a poll comparing winners to runners-up of a previous contest, with some new stories in the mix.

So, not sure what to do. Thoughts, anyone?

I may be completely misreading the signs, being only one day old on this forum, but I think that judging by the lack of reply to your post you should perhaps consider not having a flash poll?  :-\

Indeed, which is one of the reasons I didn't have one. ;)
