It's done like an NPR investigation, in the style of something like Serial, but it's science fiction.
Someone recommended it to me today and I'm already hooked. I've already listened to both available episodes.

YES. IT IS SO, SO GOOD.
That and Black Tapes (Think Serial but a fictional horror story) are just blowing me away right now.

Thanks! I've started listening to Black Tapes, too.

I really liked the direction of the first episode of Limetown; I haven't yet listened to the second. I'm worried because of the 6 week gap between the two - if that's the pace they're going to come out in, I think I'll want to wait until they're all released before listening to them.

I think that's a smart move. I ended up redownloading episode 1 and listening again before episode 2 and it really helped. Plus it's a REALLY short season, I think seven episodes, so it rewards binge listening.

I downloaded The Failed City Monologues probably a year or more ago, but just listened to it last weekend. I heartily endorse it. Post apocalyptic ish. Very explicitly violent in inventive and horrific ways, so not for everyone.

I've been listening to The Message (http://themessagepodcast.com/) recently - it's also very good as an SF thriller. The episodes are pretty short (~10 minutes each) so it's easy to catch up. As I write this, they published 6 out of the 8 planned episodes, and they publish one every weekend.
Also, limetown is now posting more regularly.
