I'd like to hear my options, so I could weigh them, what do you say?
Five pounds?  Six pounds? Seven pounds?

I'm all for it.  Maybe we should start a contest.  Basically it's just a 16x16 pic.

with escape artists restructuring it might time to introduce a logo as part of the (minor) rebranding.

That had occurred to me as well..   (drumroll please)

Here's a Favicon that I need to figure out how to embed in the site, and here's the logo of which it is a detail.  (Logo was designed by Jonathan Chaffin who also did pseudopod.org.)

Actually I'll probably use this better favicon from Deflective.

(It's actually not -- it's got a transparent background, with only the radio and not the tiny flying saucer -- to make better use of the 16x16 pixels).

I'd go with the earlier one, as it looks like a Dalek in the browser tab wot I can see.
(I'm assuming this is deliberate)

Funny. I've been wondering what that thing was called, and why EA didn't have one. I just blamed Firefox.
Glad to heat its in the works.

How do you fight a bully that can un-make history?

have you looked into this any further?  if you drop a copy if the icon named 'favicon.png' into your web's root directory it should work from there.
