Ok, I'm reposting the poll since the other one got out of whack. This is not a forum to bring up the argument in the first iteration.

for you, Ocicat.

I'd like to hear my options, so I could weigh them, what do you say?
Five pounds?  Six pounds? Seven pounds?

I just want to note for the record that when I got the nominees it had the dragon slayers tagline rightnextto the dragon rights one.

I realise I may be fighting against the tide, but I'd rather there was no mention of dragons.
Or of elves or Orcs, also.

When the idea of a 'fantasy' podcast (spinoff from the main EP podcast) was first mooted, I have to admit that "swords, elves, dragons, probably some sort of castly-ness, spells" were what I thought of.
Since Podcastle has been broadcasting/podcasting I've seen a whole range of stories that I'd not previously have thought of when fantasy was mentioned.

maybe it's repressed trauma to that neverending Dungeons and Dragons cartoon series but to me 'dragon = fantasy' seems sooo last millenium.
