They show it going far enough under that you only see a little bit of a wake on top of the water.  The site says it can go 40 mph on the water and 20 mph under.  The problem is that it doesn't have any kind of underwater navigation equipment.  You could only use it for anything more than 100 feet if you were in the tropics where the water is really clear.

i believe the site said 6 feet under but that might have been for the Jet version.

i asume it just uses the aqua-planes to pushits sellf under rather than all the boancy controle you get on a sub, still dam good thow!!!!

Submarines use both, planes and ballast tanks.  This just uses planes.  It's not meant to go long distances underwater.  The motor needs air to run.  As far as I know there's only one version.  The power plant is basically the same as a jetski, which is a water-jet propulsion.

i doubt it could do a tailstand either, because the water intake for the jet is probably too far forward.

Still, the barrel rolls look like fun.
