Actually from looking at the site, it looks like it would have been an interesting panel to attend. 

Beyond The Dispossessed: Anarchism and Science Fiction They discussed major works of anarchist and leftist science fiction, and anarchist themes in science fiction and the relationship between social movements and science fiction and the transformative power of speculative literature.

Edit: Having looked at the list, I'm not really sure Little Brother is anarchical. I mean, at the end of the book they're using the legal system to prosecute the tyrannical, which you don't get much in anarchies. It's not huge on government, and while Doctorow is pretty radically left, I don't really think I've ever seen him argue for the abolishment of government. Being against a bad government isn't the same as being against all of them.

Robert Shea might be a little put out at you calling it "Wilson's ILLUMINATUS" since they worked on it together    But I agree, on a list of "anarchic SF" it certainly belongs.
