Yes, its been a sad year with many losses in the literary community. But there is good news! Consider all the brilliant authors that have been born this year. David W over at Shelf Talk sums up the list nicely:

That list doesn't include the new Eley!

I'd like to hear my options, so I could weigh them, what do you say?
Five pounds?  Six pounds? Seven pounds?
