It took a surprisingly long time to get that to work out correctly.

Hilarious!

Even more hilarious is the fact that I looked at this and laughed two days ago without even realizing that he is apparently putting on a SECOND pair of sunglasses over the first.

I have decided that if I ever get anything published on Escape Pod, Christiana Ellis simply MUST do the reading. Must. I love these silly little interludes every once in a while.

I invent imaginary people and make them have conversations in my head. I also write.

Oh what? Didn't see that! What a hoot!

COW STORY COW STORY COW STORY COW STORY COW STORY!

*ahem*
Of course I loved this story, and Christina Ellis did a great job of narrating it, her bovine accent was pretty spot on.  I didn't think of the details too much, and while the gunfight at the end was a little weird and not really pertinent, I was able to listen around it, like Listener said.  Silly is good, and I think this was a good counterpoint to the very serious 113 Feet.

The cow says "Mooooooooo"

Okay, I did enjoy this story. It was silly and fun.

BUT, I really wanted to hear the story of an intelligent cow in the world of humans. So, I was rather disappointed when the crazy time-traveling reality show producers were added to the mix. Maybe that's just me, though.

I think this was the best narration Christiana did EVAR. Is it okay to say that she, makes for a really good cow?

While I liked the time travelling, I found the fact our cow was a conspiracy theorist to be much more hilarious. Oh, and MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

It was completely and totally silly.

Which is just fine in my book. Good one!

"Planet of the Cows"
Brilliant idea! I would want to read that - if it could spin out that far without losing the fun

This was the funniest story I'd heard in ages and had me laughing out loud in several places. Also some really interesting themes. Great job Laura! Gonna read the rest of your stuff now. Also, excellent narration style for the material, so many thanks to Christiana Ellis as well.

I'd like to hear my options, so I could weigh them, what do you say?
Five pounds?  Six pounds? Seven pounds?

This is one to keep in mind when nominations for best narration of the year come up.
