Well, first, go to the correct (i.e. active) contest. Then, click on the groups of stories. Click on the stories to read them. Decide which ones you like best. Click on the thread entitled "Group X Poll" where X is the group number of the stories you've been reading. The click on the stories you like and click "Submit Vote."
That, uh... that pretty much covers it.
