I just got a new car and had a great idea.  Why not get a personalized license plate with something really geeky on it.

So far this is what I have came up with:

1IDTIGH
TRCHWD1
VPR 3
TAURI
RPRLCNT
SNDWRM

As a sci-fi and Rush fan I'd go for RCINNTE (Rocinante) the spaceship from Farewell to Kings and Hemispheres.

I got Torchwood, Viper and Sandword - what are the others?

What about USS Reliant (USSRLNT)?

Thx, I got mixed up with RPRLCNT because of the extra R, and I also was expecting spaceships.

I don't watch SG1, so I'm not surprised I missed that.  1 eye'd Tigh is a good one, though I thought it was 1 ID Tigh

I always wanted to do "Aluminum Mallard" (Space Quest III), but there's no real way to make it fit without using eight letters, which not every state allows.

ALMNMLRD

Plus, who would get it?

If you were a firefly fan you could try

BRWNCOT
SERNITY
GAUROM   (is that how they spelled it?)

Life is a multiple choice test. Unfortunately, the answers are not provided.  You have to go and find them before picking the best one.

See? Have a spelling question and I'm magically summoned.  It's gorram.

$20 says that gorram is already taken. I know SERNITY is, I saw it on the freeway yesterday.

Off Topic, I saw a great Vanity plate yesterday... here is Texas they make special plates for Purple Hearts (American Award for Wounded in Combat) with a picture of the medal at the left.  So his was a Purple Heart License Plate.  The plate read simply:  OUCH

I'm sure he had about forty others he would rather have put on there, but since you can't use profanity, he just used that.

Surprised this one isn't out there yet, but what about NCC1701?
