Advanced Manufacturing & Production Bootcamp

The Manufacturing & Production Bootcamp (ManufacturingREADY!) is an intensive, evening program designed to prepare adults for entry-level manufacturing careers. In just eight weeks, you’ll gain the technical, digital, and professional skills employers are looking for—while earning industry-recognized credentials that set you apart.

What You’ll Earn

• OSHA-10 (Safety & Workplace Standards)
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt (Continuous Improvement Fundamentals)
• Certified Manufacturing Associate (CMfgA)

What You’ll Learn

• Measurement & Gauging: Read, measure, and verify with accuracy.
• Safety & Quality: Build habits that ensure consistency and reliability.
• Lean & Efficiency: Understand waste, flow, and process improvement.

• Digital & Job Readiness: Email, file management, forms, and workplace technology.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Must be 18 years or older by program start date
• Ability to attend all evening classes (3x per week for 8 weeks)
• Interest in starting a career in manufacturing
• Basic English reading, writing, and math skills (assessments may be required)
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, team-based environment

No prior manufacturing experience is required.
