Overview As a Search Engine Optimization Analyst, you’ll play an integral role on the brand team by providing insights that will inform our clients’ online marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams – including Marketing, Creative, Technology, Strategy and Insights, and Media – to gain an in-depth knowledge of how these capabilities work. Responsibilities Day to day, your responsibilities will include: Consulting with internal teams and clients on search engine accessibility Performing keyword mining, segmentation and mapping as well as gap analyses and competitive analyses Providing optimization recommendations for site content Developing and executing link-building strategies Providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports to show value against all initiatives Qualifications We’re looking for an entry-level Analyst who is eager to learn and grow in our business. Typically, requirements for the job include: A four-year degree in marketing, computer science or a related field Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Solid analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills A desire to learn and improve at every opportunity – this job will involve comprehensive training and has rapid advancement potential Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation. Compensation and Other Details Compensation Range: $49,305 - $68,530. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
