We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join a dynamic legal team, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of international talent. You will be instrumental in supporting high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to attract and retain top global talent, driving innovative initiatives forward and supporting a diverse global workforce.

Responsibilities:

\n

• Conduct legal research and analysis, investigating facts, and preparing legal documents to support legal proceedings.

\n* Review and prepare non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\n* Utilize U.S. immigration legal knowledge to ensure daily workflow targets are met and maintain the integrity of the onsite case preparation program.
\n* Provide training and guidance to administrative staff on USCIS filings, USCIS document processing, and PERM job postings.
\n* Assist with daily administrative questions and review work product to ensure legal accuracy and quality.
\n* Assist with root cause analysis and resolution for legal and operational issues.
\n* Identify and propose legal process improvement ideas to increase legal quality, enhance employee experience, streamline workflow, and build operational resiliency.
\n* Complete remote and onsite legal review of filings.
\n* Address legal questions that arise related to I-9 completion and E-Verify.
\n* Support complex E-Verify issue resolution.
\n* Train and monitor administrative staff who support I-9 reverification.
\n* Assist managers with understanding PERM requirements and obligations during applicant review processes.
\n* Respond to emails from visa-dependent employees on topics including visa and green card eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status. \n

\n Must-Have Qualifications:

\n

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university.

\n* Admission to the Bar.
\n* Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law (business immigration experience is highly preferred; family-based immigration experience is also valuable). \n

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

\n

• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume legal environment.

\n* Proficiency in supporting complex E-Verify issue resolution.
\n* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
\n* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
\n* Familiarity with relevant legal and operational tools. \n
